http://www.politicalnewstoday.com - A new web site providing daily links to the major US newspapers.   Their specialization is New York and California, with special links to each state and news stories from the major state media outlets. On the lighter side, their “Coffee Break” page includes political cartoons and David Letterman’s “Ten Best” list.

http://www.gopyouth.com - Teenagers for Republican Victory, founded by Fritz Brogan and Glen Weyl, are getting an early start in political involvement.  Their goals are to involve youth in the political process and recruit 5000 Republican high school students for the 2001 and 2002 campaigns.

http://www.editorsweb.org - Editor’s Web, a daily Internet service posting news releases from government and Capitol Hill websites. The service, which monitors more than 850 websites, is geared to reporters, editors and public policy professionals.  They are offering  a one-month trial evaluation.

http://www.excelgov.org - Council for Excellence in Government – since 1983 - non-partisan, nonprofit organization working to improve the performance of government.  Check out their discussion of  “E-Government: the next American Revolution” and their recent material comparing the Media’s coverage of the first 100 days of Bush and Clinton.
