| How are preparations for the the January 12, 1999 Winter Meeting going? | Committee on Arrangements (COA) meets on January 12 (before
the winter meetings). The COA is composed of 62 RNC members - at least one from each state
and all three from the host state of Pennsylvania. During the winter meeting (January 13 - 15, 2000) in San Jose, CA the COA will break into its 12 subcommittees:
