 Catalist National Database

Catalist’s national database contains more than 240 million unique voting‐age individuals. We start with a rich, reliable foundation of 185 million registered voters – a unified national voter file – collected from Election Officials in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Commercial data adds another 55 million unregistered individuals and enhances the entire database with hundreds of fields, including household attributes, purchasing and investment profiles, donation behavior, occupational information, recreational interests, and engagement with civic and community groups. We also integrate data from the Census, specialty data, and media market geographies.

We have records going back more than a decade, giving our clients the unique ability to see both short‐term and long‐term trends.

 Catalist Software 

Catalist's web‐based software gives our subscribers self‐directed, 24/7 access to their proprietary data alongside
Catalist’s national database, Census, specialty data, and Catalist's suite of models. The Catalist Q allows user to build universes, create lists, and conduct strategic analyses. With the Catalist M, users can match and enhance their organization’s lists, matching with the M keeps = data clean, current, and complete. The M lets clients update and integrate member, supporter, and donor information through a single interface. Users are able to match their organization's files against Catalist’s national database using our proprietary, award‐winning matching algorithms.

Once matched, lists can be exported from the M or published to the Catalist Q and queried alongside Catalist data.
